It is our intention to provide a wide spectrum of services in both Obstetrics an Gynecology. The delivery of these services will be based upon accepted European and N. American professional standards. This means the very best in clinical expertise, and laboratory quality control assurance. The highest of ethical standards which have always characterised FMP will continue to be maintained.

Dr. Dezso Molnar was trained and has worked as a consultant and senior consultant in obstetrics and gynaecology in Budapest, Hungary for the last 20 years. He has completed fellowships at different European institutes. He has also studied at Rambam Medical Center ( Israel ).

He is especially skilled in Obstetric Ultrasound, Early Fetal Abnormality Detection and Infertility Ultrasound Diagnostics.

Main fields of our services are the following:

Gynecological Pediatrics
Diagnostic screening for possible organic malformations, chronic discharges, bleeding abnormalities and endocrinological problems. TAS ( trans abdominal ultrasound ) is offered.

Contraception
Detailed examination, Leyden screening and according to the risk factors choose the best approach e.g. Hormonal methods, IUD ( intrauterine device ) or others.

Routine screening in the fertile years
PAP smear, TVS ( trans vaginal ultrasound ), HPV( human papilloma virus ), Colposcopy

Routine screening in the menopausal years
PAP smear, TVS, endocrinological status and special lab tests such as tumor markers ( CEA and CA-125 ) as indicated. Screening for late onset Diabetes Mellitus. Mammography as indicated. Hormone Replacement Therapy or alternative methods. Prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.

Gynecological endocrinology
Examination and therapy for bleeding abnormalities, anovulation and associated problems with other
endocrinological diseases ( e.g. diabetes mellitus ).

Infertility
Examination of structural and endocrinological abnormalities. TVS, HSG ( hysterosalpingography )

Prenatal care
Follow up from the early detection of pregnancy until the delivery. Therapy as indicated for medium and high risk pregnancies until the time of their hospitalization.

One day surgery in gynecology
Diagnostic and therapeutic curettage ( fractionating ), Cervical biopsy and conisation if there is a suspicion of malignancy,Electrocoagulation at the cervix as indicated., TOP, Minor gynecological plastic operations
