With Siemens SOMATOM Sensation 64 CT Scanners at our HCMC clinic, patients no longer have to be sent to outside providers, nor do they have to travel to neighboring countries to take advantage of the benefits of CT Scanning and for the interpretation of such scans. All scans are read on site and we have a world class backup reading facility outside of Vietnam. We offer a wide range of scans right here in HCMC including, but not limited to Sinus, Head, Chest, Abdomen, Pelvic, Neck, Spine, Muscle/bone/joint, Calcium Scoring, Coronary Computed Tomographic Angiograph (Coronary CTA), Pulmonary Veins, and Congenital Heart Disease scans. Most scans are offered with or without contrast, depending on the doctors indication. The X-ray examination will be done with a digital machine; this uses half the regular radiation and saves the need to repeat the process in case of poor film quality. For detecting osteoporosis and spinal vertebral condition, bone density scan is also available. For pregnancy related examinations a Voluson 730 3D/4D Ultrasound machine by an Ultrasonographer who is specialized in Obstetrics is available.
