For Work Permit
A health Check-up for expatriate employees that is requested by the Vietnamese government when applying for a work permit is not available at Family Medical Practice. This service is available at:

For VISA Application
Family Medical Practice is the designated clinic to conduct medical check-ups for VISA applications for Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany and Belgium. Our panel doctors conduct medical check-ups which are required for Student, Tourist and Permanent Resident /Immigration Visas. The service is available at all three of our clinics in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Hanoi. It takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to complete your check-up and Family Medical Practice will directly process your completed application to the relevant consulate of the country in which you are applying for a VISA.    

In Ho Chi Minh City, you can receive the service at Care1 Health Care Center at the Manor, 91 Nguyen Huu Canh Street, Binh Thanh District.

Please note that the service is available from Monday to Friday only.

For School Enrolment  
Family Medical Practice offers a school check-up package. The top international schools in Vietnam will require a medical form to be completed by a doctor and submitted with your application.
 
Please bring to your consultation a full vaccination record and your appropriate medical form.
