Domestic Helper Package

Care24H’s Domestic Helper Health-check provides reassurance to employers who know the impact a sick domestic worker can have on the home or business. Care24H can assist with the unnecessary spread of illnesses and infections to other employees and family members and also reduce the amount of absence and the days taken to recover; eliminating the need to hire expensive temporary staff.

Regular health checks and physical examinations for domestic help enables you to identify potential health problems; implement preventative care as well as provide suitable treatment for chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and even cancers at an early stage.

Care24H recommends pre-employment health screening and the annual health check screening for all your domestic staff (maid, nanny, cook, cleaner, tutor, guard, or driver). Medical records for any individual are confidential.

If you would like to give your staff added assistance without the expense of additional insurance, please contact Care24H and ask about our Healthy Living Card.

The Care24H Medical Check listed below gives two options: Domestic Staff B is recommended for staff who handle food and children.

Prepare for your Domestic Helper Health Check: Important Reminders

General Instructions:

Do not eat or drink anything except plain water for at least 12 hours prior to your check-up. In case of upper GI X-ray or endoscopy, please keep fasting.

Please bring along your ID card or passport and arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.

Stool and urine samples will be collected on the day of examination.

If you have a pre-existing medical condition, please bring along any test results or reports you have for the doctor to review.

Please do not drink alcohol for at least 24 hours before beginning your program.

Please wear loose clothing—a shirt and trousers are preferable.

Health Check-up Process

It is important to pre-book your health check and confirm which package you would like to have. Booking can be done online, or you can call and speak with our Health Check-up Department (+84 24 3843 0748 Ext. 114).

Decide on what package you would like to receive—this will depend on your age, gender, and level of fitness. Our Health Check-up Department can help if you need advice.

Please arrive on time for your health check-up. We may have to reschedule if you are unable to keep your appointed time. Please have available your date of birth and contact details.

Please wear loose clothing, which will help us with a number of the tests.

Tests may include some of the following: blood sample, urine test, stool sample, BMI, hearing and vital signs, ECG, ultrasound, imaging and Ob-Gyn.

The health check will take just a few hours, and your results will be given to you when finished. Based on the results, your doctor may suggest further review with a specialist. with a specialist.
