IMMIGRATION MEDICAL EXAMINATION (IME) FOR AUSTRALIAN VISA APPLICANTS

1. Booking Your Appointment

When scheduling your health check-up, provide the following details:

  • Full name (as per passport)
  • Date of birth
  • Phone number (for contact)
  • Email address (for appointment confirmation)
  • Gender
  • Nationality (required for foreign applicants)
  • Preferred appointment date & time
    • Morning check-in: 8:15 AM – 9:15 AM
    • Afternoon check-in: 1:15 PM – 2:15 PM
  • HAP ID (Health Assessment Portal ID – required for the exam)

2. On the Day of Your Check-Up

What to Bring:

  • Valid original passport (mandatory)
  • Referral letter (soft copy accepted)
  • Glasses or contact lenses (if you use them)
  • Current prescription(s) (if applicable)
  • Chronic medication (e.g., for diabetes, hypertension – take as usual)

Preparation Instructions:

  • Hydrate well – Drink water, but avoid caffeine, tea, or soft drinks.
  • Eat normally – No fasting required before the exam.


Important Notes:

  • Arrive on time within your designated check-in window.
  • Wear comfortable clothing for the examination.
