FMP is recognized by the Belgian government as a designated medical facility for visa application health examinations. Our team conducts essential medical check-ups for student, tourist, and permanent resident/immigration visas.

Visa Health Check-up Process

1. Scheduling Your Appointment

When booking your medical examination, please provide:

• Full name (matching passport exactly)
• Date of birth
• Contact phone number
• Email address (for confirmation)
• Gender
• Nationality (for non-Belgian applicants)
• Preferred appointment slot:
  
  • Morning: 8:15 AM - 9:15 AM
  • Afternoon: 1:15 PM - 2:15 PM

2. Examination Day Requirements

Essential Documents:

• Valid original passport (required for identification)

Preparation Instructions:

• Normal eating habits: No fasting necessary
• Regular medication: Continue as prescribed
• Hydration: Drink water normally

Important Notes:

✓ Wear comfortable clothing for physical examination
✓ Allow 1-2 hours for the complete process
