Key Responsibilities

As Operations / Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient running of our **Da Nang clinic**. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing strategies to achieve clinic and organizational goals.
• Identifying and building collaboration opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Managing day-to-day operations, including staff coordination, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Overseeing administrative functions such as facilities, equipment, IT systems, and clinical software.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and quality standards.
• Leading recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for staff.
• Acting as the key liaison between the clinic, external partners, and clients.
• Providing excellent communication with patients and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Handling patient concerns and complaints in a professional, timely, and effective manner.
• Working closely with departments across Family Medical Practice (Medical Director, Clinic Management, Marketing, HR, Accounting, etc.).

Job Requirements
