Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients on arrival.
- Support patients with registration, appointments, and follow-up scheduling.
- Provide accurate information about services and procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a polite and timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure patient records are updated correctly.

Purpose of the Role

The Patient Liaison Executive is responsible for supporting patients throughout their visit to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience. This role acts as the main point of contact between patients and the clinic teams.

Requirements

- Experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- English proficiency.
