Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care and treatment to patients under the supervision of the Head Nurse and Doctors.
- Measure vital signs, draw blood, and set up IV lines for various patient groups.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care and nursing practice.
- Educate and guide patients and their families in following doctors’ instructions.
- Assist doctors during patient examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain professional nursing standards through continuous education and compliance with Department of Health regulations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Head Nurse.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Valid Nursing Practicing License.
- Previous experience in hospitals or clinics within an international environment is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated patience, teamwork, and a strong patient-centered approach.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Commitment to treating all patients and relatives with respect and dignity at all times.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
