FMP’s growing team of dedicated expatriate physicians specializes in emergency & evacuation medicine, pediatrics, general practice, internal medicine, infectious diseases, obstetrics and gynecology, dermatology, orthopedics, and psychiatry, among others.

Position Overview

We are seeking 02 friendly and service-minded individuals to join our team as:

• Japanese Customer Service Liaison  
• Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday (44 hours per week)

In these roles, you will support Japanese speaking patients during their visits, ensuring they receive outstanding care and a smooth clinic experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients at reception and throughout their visit
• Provide accurate information regarding our services, procedures, and doctors’ schedules
• Assist patients with appointment booking, insurance claims, and medical paperwork
• Act as an interpreter between patients and doctors when needed
• Follow up with patients for feedback, follow-up appointments, and ongoing care
• Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude in all patient interactions
• Collaborate closely with clinic staff, doctors, and the management team
• Assist with communication materials or marketing activities when required

Requirements

• Vietnamese currently living in Da Nang
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, or a medical setting is a plus
• Proficiency in Japanese (N2 or above); conversational English is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, patient, detail-oriented, and professional
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
