The Japan Pre-Entry Tuberculosis Screening (JPETS) program requires nationals of designated countries who plan to enter and stay in Japan for a medium-to long-term period to undergo tuberculosis (TB) screening before travelling.

As part of the JPETS requirements, applicants must obtain a TB Clearance Certificate from a designated medical institution confirming that there is no evidence of active tuberculosis. Screening typically includes a medical assessment and chest X-ray, with additional testing if clinically required.

Family Medical Practice (FMP) Vietnam is an approved medical facility for JPETS tuberculosis screening, providing the required examinations and documentation for eligible applicants travelling to Japan.
