Biography
Dr. Dao Van Tien is an Internist and Emergency Doctor with expertise in internal medicine, emergency care, and medical evacuation. He graduated from Thai Binh Medical University and completed specialized training in Emergency Care, ICU, and Poison Control at Hanoi Medical University.
Dr. Tien further advanced his qualifications by completing an Internal Medicine Specialist program at Thai Nguyen Medical University, obtaining a certificate in Anesthesiology from the Vietnam-German Hospital, and earning an Aeromedical Transport Certificate in Thailand.
With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Tien has worked in both public hospitals and private settings, providing care for outpatients, inpatients, emergency patients, and those requiring medical evacuation (medivac). He is highly skilled in managing critical cases and providing urgent medical care.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Dr. Tien is originally from Hanoi, Vietnam. Outside of his medical practice, he enjoys reading, photography, and travelling.
His personal motto is "Simple living, put your heart and mind in everything you do" and he has participated in several medical volunteer programs to assist ethnic communities in northern Vietnam.
