Dr. Magdalena Ida Cavalieri

Dr. Magdalena is an experienced rheumatologist from Argentina with over a decade of expertise in internal medicine and rheumatology.   She graduated Cum Laude from the Buenos Aires School of Medicine, University of Buenos Aires (2002–2010) and completed her Internal Medicine residency and later served as Chief of Residents at Sanatorio de la Trinidad Mitre.

She went on to specialize in Rheumatology through a fellowship at the Instituto de Rehabilitación Psicofísica in Buenos Aires.   Over the past several years, Dr. Cavalieri has practiced at leading medical institutions such as Sanatorio Finochietto, Favaloro Foundation, and Fleni Institute, where she provided outpatient consultations and hospital-based care.

Dr. Magdalena has also contributed extensively to clinical research, serving as a Sub-Investigator in numerous international rheumatology clinical trials in collaboration with major pharmaceutical companies, including Bristol Myers Squibb, Novartis, AbbVie, Sanofi, and Gilead.   Her scientific work has been published in the Revista Argentina de Reumatología, focusing on treatment patterns, efficacy, and long-term outcomes in patients with Axial Spondyloarthritis.

Continuing her dedication to integrative approaches in medicine, she is currently pursuing a Master’s in Psychoneuroimmunology and Integrative Medicine at Regenera University in Spain.
