Biography
Dr. Ngo Quang Hung is an experienced diagnostic imaging specialist with over 15 years of clinical practice in tertiary referral and academic hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City. Holding a Specialist Level II qualification in Diagnostic Imaging, he has extensive experience across multiple imaging modalities, including ultrasound, conventional X-ray, multidetector computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
Throughout his career at Binh Dan Hospital and University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City, Dr. Hung has developed particular expertise in abdominal and pelvic imaging, with a strong clinical focus on oncologic imaging, colorectal cancer staging, and genitourinary conditions. His experience includes preoperative cancer staging, assessment of treatment response following neoadjuvant therapy, and postoperative surveillance imaging.
Dr. Hung is also actively involved in clinical research, with published work examining the use of CT and MRI in colorectal and rectal cancer assessment.
