You will be leading the ambulance team and assist our doctors in treating patients.<h2>Responsibilities and Duties</h2><ul><li>Rapid assessment and stabilization of patients in critical conditions including medical and trauma.</li><li>Performing life-saving procedures (e.g. Intubation, Cardiac defibrillation)</li><li>Perform medical procedures as necessary (e.g. establishing IV access, administering fluids and</li><li>medications, applying dressing, and splinting).</li><li>Working together with other medical professionals to ensure the best care for the patient.</li><li>Approach patients and family members with professionalism and empathy.</li><li>Maintain and ensure proper readiness of emergency equipment (I.e. ambulances, emergency bags,</li><li>monitors defibrillators etc.) including cleanliness, decontamination of equipment, and checking</li><li>expiry dates of medications.</li><li>Keep proper documentation of medical notes, including medical history, treatment, and outcome.</li><li>Handover and debrief medical staff at the clinic or other medical facilities as needed.</li></ul><h2>Requirements:</h2><ul><li>Paramedic degree and license</li><li>ACLS; ATLS / PHTLS certificates up to date.
