Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Dept. with multi-tasking roles to enhance FMP’s communications, strengthen relationships with strategic partners, and grow the Vietnamese market segments in HCMC. He or she will supporting the Marketing Dept. with multi-tasking roles including the following:
1. Sales support :
• Initiate direct sales and marketing activities to approach corporates, educational institutions, and synergy partners to introduce and present FMP services
• Solicit market interests and collaborations from synergy partners to push and implement awareness activities and events including digital marketing campaigns
• Attend networking events, functions, or seminars
• Manage quality proposals and negotiate terms and conditions to bring proposals to closure; to monitor client feedback

2. Marketing & Communications support :
• Assist with translating marketing content from English to Vietnamese as and when required (i.e. collaterals, facebook posts, medical articles, medical and patient forms, and management of uploading content on web and digital standee, e.t.c.).
• Assist with organizing and setting up events, health talks, clinic tours, internship programs, partnership synergy programs, etc.
• Support in developing brand awareness and marketing exposure via on and offline channels and other tasks as and when required.
• Occasional travels to Danang to support marketing activities and events may be required.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in administrative and/or marketing dept. in an international or   multinational company.

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field is required.

- Bright, creative, "out-of-the-box" thinker.

- Enthusiastic to learn or undertake new things.

- Fluent in oral and written Business English.

- Resourceful, can work independently but a team player as well.

- Ability to work with MS Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
