Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality medical care and treatment to patients under the supervision of the Head Nurse and Doctors.
Measure vital signs, draw blood, and set up IV lines for various patient groups.
Ensure the highest standards of patient care and nursing practice.
Educate and guide patients and their families in following doctors’ instructions.
Assist doctors during patient examinations and medical procedures.
Maintain professional nursing standards through continuous education and compliance with Department of Health regulations.
Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Head Nurse.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Valid Nursing Practicing License.
Previous experience in hospitals or clinics within an international environment is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated patience, teamwork, and a strong patient-centered approach.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Commitment to treating all patients and relatives with respect and dignity at all times.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
