| No food or drink (except plain water) for 8–10 hours before your appointment |
| Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours prior |
| Bring your valid passport and three (3) recent 4×6 cm photos with a white background |
| Bring your glasses or contact lens case (lenses must be removed during testing) |
| Schedule your check-up at least 5–7 days after your menstrual period for accurate urine analysis |
| Bring previous reports if you have a chronic illness or ongoing condition |
| Wear a comfortable two-piece outfit; gowns will be provided as needed |
