COVERAGE ZONE
Our coverage zone includes the whole HCMC metropolitan area
and is available 24/7 to all callers.
Ambulance response is available to all callers within HCMC. *9999 subscribers who experience a life-threatening emergency are covered for unlimited and free ambulance transportation and emergency medical care en route within the HCMC coverage zone (subject to terms and conditions). Non-subscribers and out-of-zone subscribers will be charged a fee per callout.
Within the coverage zone, the ambulance dispatched for non-subscribers will be charge per usage for a day call (between the hours of 8am to 7pm) at VND 3,820,000 and for a night call (between the hours of 7pm to 8am) at VND 8,065,000. Ambulance cost are exclusive of medications used on board and are only applicable when the trip falls within our coverage zone.
For subscribers and non subscribers, pickups outside of coverage zone in HCMC are classed as medical evacuations and are charged at our normal ambulance evacuation rates starting at VND 8,304,000. Please dial *9999 for more information.
